Hi Murray,
My husband and I just wanted to thank you immensely for
the excellent service that we received from you when we
were in Queenstown recently.
We can’t thank you enough for the hassle free approach
that you have to dealing with your customers, you made
everything so easy.
I was dreading organising a rental car and seats for the
twins, but you had it sorted in two emails, not only did
you provide the seats to us for free, eliminating the
need for us to lug our seats down with us, you also
upgraded our car up to a station wagon (boy did we need
the room) at no extra cost. You met us at the airport,
helped us with our bags and made sure that we happily
and safely got on our way. We couldn’t have asked for
more! Then when our flight got cancelled, you brought
the car back to the airport and let us have it for yet
another day – free of charge.
Thank you so much. Your fantastic service went a great
way to the overall impression of our stay in Queenstown
hitting a big 10/10!
